Pembroke Wood AGM, 4th May 2011 8.00pm

Thank you to all who attended the meeting, below are the minutes

• Approx 16 residents attended public meeting
• Local Cllr Seamus Mc Grath attended also
• Photos were shown of estate before landscaping company commenced work and photos shown of estate after grass was cut
• 3 quotes for grass/tree maintenance received and discussed 
• Agreement to re engage Noblewood as landscaping company
• All households will be requested to contribute
• Annual fee of €70 was agreed per household, also allow bi annual payments of €35
• Collection will begin  w/c 16th May, leaflet drop beforehand to inform residents of same
• A receipt will be issued on payment
• Request made for representatives from all areas in the estate
• Lighting issues,an email will be sent to residents informing them of update within the coming days
