Residents Association Secretary
Our Residents Association secretary, Caroline O’Leary, has been working tirelessly for the residents of Pembroke Wood over the last number of years. Caroline will soon be moving from Pembroke Wood and we would like to take this opportunity to thank her and wish her and her family all the best.
Active Participation in Maintaining Pembroke Wood
We would really encourage all residents to take an active part in maintaining Pembroke Wood. You can do this through attending our monthly litter picks which are helping to keep our public areas clean. You can also attend our monthly Residents Association meeting (1 hour) to share ideas and actions on how we can continue to improve Pembroke Wood.
Litter Pick
Our next litter pick is scheduled for Sunday, 3rd July at 10:30 am. Please keep an eye out for the sign towards the entrance to the estate. We would really welcome all residents’ help in keeping Pembroke Wood clean.
Residents Association Meeting
Our next meeting is scheduled for 12th July at 8:30 pm. An email will be sent out nearer the day reminding all residents and confirming location.
Collection of Grass Cutting Fees
We have begun collecting the 2011/2012 grass cutting fees of €70 (or 2 payments of €35) per household. We will continue our collections over the next 2 weeks and will publish amount collected following next Residents Association meeting.

Well done to the resident’s committee for their continued hard work. It has not gone unnoticed & the estate looks so well (even in the not so sunny past few weeks)!!
