The litter is especially bad on rubbish collection days,today is very bad. Coming up the road by the apts is bad and into my area is bad too,I`ll go and pick up the rubbish when the wind dies down AS NO ONE ELSE WILL. When talking to neighbours all give out about the estate incliding me but no one seems to want to do something about it. Another eye sore is the area in front of the creche,as its private property he can do what he wants but, really it`s not a storage area, it`s only a matter of time before something happens or someone gets hurt. I'm not myself but my neighbours are. Times are bad enough to try to sell but people would run a mile when they see the state of the place. Even the houses trying to sell have made almost no effort to clean them up and make the surrounding area look good. It's shocking how little people seem to actually care! We all paid a lot of money for our homes, most of which are now probably in negative equity. Can people not see the value will only deteriorate further the more the estate starts to look like a run down council estate? Its nothing short of a disgrace really. The mess and rubble across from doddlebugs doesn't show any sign of changing, being suspicious I'd say the builder wants to leave it this way to make planning for the site easier (better to have any sort of building there than the mess we currently have).
